 empty toner cartridge Jul 21, 2010

I purchased two hp toner and received the products ten days ago. I open the first one and notice that it is very light. I put the cartridge in my printer and after about 50 pages, it is out of toner. I open the second cartridge and it is very light too. I call Databazzar and asked to have the cartridge replace, it will take about ten days. It means I have to go get another cartridge to use for the mean time. I wonder how a business can ship out empty cartridge to their customers!!! I will not buy anything from Databazzar again.

Purchased this toner with some apprehension based on some of the other reviews. But, after using the toner that apprehension disappeared.
After pulling out the zip strip (not sure what it's called) that keeps the toner from leaking out of the cartridge area, and shaking it around a little (to distribute the toner) printed something right away and it came out crystal clear.
Not sure if shaking it around a little helped (gently and not violently), but I use that to extend life of my cartridges when the idiot light (message) comes on saying toner is low.
Great product and I will hopefully be ordering more in the future!

This product is good as in that it does it's job. just remember to read the instructions when you get it. I didn't shake mine before removing the strip from it. Other than that it works great.

Excellent cartridge and the BEST people to work with. I received a bad cartridge and it was 1 1/2 months later that I actually 1st used it I realized the cartridge ink was very light. Long story short, I sent the company an email explaining what that the ink wasn't dark enough to read, no questions asked they sent me a pre-paid postage to send it back to them & an apology. Not long after I returned the cartridge my replacement was on its way with a new one. That's perfect customer service :) Thank you!!

I bought this product for my little tax business where I printed a lot of pages for the the tax information of my clients. The quality of the print looks as if it is a brand new HP toner, you can't tell it is from the recycle supply. If I have to rate from the perfect score of five, my rating would be 5.
