Defective Item Returns
Money Back Refunds;
If you have received a defective item from us and would prefer a money back refund, please follow the steps below;
- Contact our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. This Form will be emailed to you as an email attachment within 1-2 business days.
- Enclose the completed RMA Form along with the defective item and mail it back to us.
Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item for us to initiate your refund, minus any shipping charges. Returns submitted with an incomplete or missing RMA Form will NOT be processed.
Exchanges;
If you have received a defective item from us and would prefer an exchange or replacement of the defective merchandise, please follow the steps below, and according to the following terms and conditions;
- We reserve the right to offer a refund in lieu of an exchange, at our discretion
- Products purchased from us which are found to be defective within the warranty period will be replaced at our option providing we still have that product in stock. All manufacturers’ warranty terms and restrictions apply.
1. Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain authorization for an exchange. We will email you an RMA Form within 1-2 business days.
2. Enclose the completed RMA Form along with the defective item to be returned and mail them back to us.
3. After we receive the returned item and RMA Form, we will ship you a replacement product.
Please allow 7-10 days after we receive your returned item for us to ship you the replacement product. Returns received with an incomplete or missing RMA Form will NOT be processed.
